Veronica is an international artist with an MA in Public Art from Chelsea College of Art and a BA in Fine Art from University of Chile. Commissions welcome. The house is two and a half miles from Wigton, on the B5305 road to Penrith.

On a slope, in a hamlet of five houses, at Warblebank, on the corner of the B5305 and a smaller access road.
The surface to the main entrance is level and firm (paving stones) and to reach the house there is half a flight of stairs.
Seven steps and there is a hand rail. The steps are clearly marked and are of an average depth and less than ten years old.
The double-glazed double doors are light and they open inwards. The entrance door has a small step (8 cms tall) plus the door frame (4 cms tall). To reach the door please climb seven steps and turn right (at a 90 degree angle).
Polished wooden floors.
There is no wheel chair access, as a wheel chair could not go up the stairs.
